the name is important though it isnt always the same as the app itself. example cutetube's icon name is qmltube64
If you have a program that has a new icon go to usr/share/applications/hildon find the .desktop file open it and see what the icon name is.
for pacman ce open xterm
root
apt-get update
apt-get install aptitude
aptitude install pacmance
But it is not enough if only I do it.. Or what do you say?

Yes, I too agree... I have about 200+ apps so i'll attach mine too... if you'all want...

We have given you our .desktop files so you can check what the icon names should be. Would be nice to have this project merged into the old harmattan icon project, so we could have a complete harmattan icon pack

While you are thinking about what I said in the post above, here you have some icons that are missing
Apt-get install pacmance will also do the job
