Onko Mapsissa mahdollista saada katujen nimet näkyviin? GPS laitteisiin tarkoitetuissa maastokartoissa näyttää olevan katujen nimiä(sama aineisto?)

In the n900 version of mapsi, is the "Add map service" functional? If it is, any pointers, references you can pass this way to using it?

If I right remember "Add map service" can be used to parse WMS/WMTS servers information and save that to server settings file. So if you give servers URL to that, it fetches its capabilities and write those to some server_settings-???.ini file. But then you still have to manually define map that uses that server to map_settings.ini, so it's not very useful at the moment. I will try to update the manual with better instructions when I'll release the next version.

Mikä on ruotsin karttojen tämänhetkinen tilane? Mapsi 4.4.0 käytössä ja herjaa, että host kso.lantmateriet.se not found. Erityisesti maastokartoille olisi käyttöä

I quess lake Päijänne depth contours are discontinuous. I tried a method oulu suggested at #556. It works fine, some connection closed messages existed for me.
Maybe there are black holes in mtk database
layer\1\name=mtk_korkeuskayrat
?

Hei kalamiehet!
Olisiko jollakin toimivia .ini tiedostoja antaa noihin järvien syvyyskäyriin.
Siis sellaisia missä noi viivat ei katkeaisi kesken järven?
Itse en oiken hahmota tuota .ini muokkaamista...

N9 versiosta 4.4.0 oli kadonnut map databasen valinta, saisko sen takaisin? karttoja olis tarvetta ladata eri db fileihin. Oliko mahdollista saada GPS koordinaatteja myös KKJ:n peruskoordinaatiston formaattiin?
open GPS track ei toimi, avaa tyhjän valikko ruudun.
onko suunnitelmissa tehdä uusia versioita N9:lle?
