You don't need the libqt4-maemo5 packages anymore. Ensure that you have activated nokia's repository in application manager (you even could disable the extra-repositories) and update the packages list.

for extra safe you can disable extra-devel if you have it there. In order to acces ovi store you have to upgrade to pr1.2

& i cant seen to upgrade, I ran the pc flash upgrade said i had uptodate firmware eeeeeeerrrrrrrgggggggh whats going on!
Why is it so much hassle owning a bloddy nokia! lol always had nokias & i was soooo tempted to get the phone & u know what i know they dont have this much issues!
How do i get pr1.2 installed

Did you really use the flasher or NSU? Or was it pc-suite (or ovi-suite or whatever it's actually called)? When having trouble with flashing the device have a look at the wiki:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware
If you still have trouble, maybe your phone is blocked or broken?
