Can anyone confirm that an unlocked N900 would work on Cincinnati Bell's 3G bands? It looks to me that Cincinnati Bell uses the same bands at Tmobile (1700). Odd considering it roams on ATT for Edge!

yes, Cincinnatti bell uses AWS bands so the N900 should work just fine.
