Hi, there's a full forum called Meego/Harmattan. I suggest you to check the posts there. A lot of info can be found there.

the answer is here in the wiki. When reading it, you should know that "Harmattan" is the internal codename for what we thought would be marketed as Maemo 6 - but what will be named MeeGo apparently.
