i have the opportunity to receive the package in switzerland. i asked to the custom, no ce mark required and vat is 8%. from the website duties seems to be 0 when importing mobile phones within 100kg.
i could import 1-2 more for someone who cant receive package..but i am wondering if that could be a legal risk for myself since i will be shipping (reselling-even if without any purpouse of profit)
non CE marked products in countries where is required.

Why use the indian site with paisapay and wait, while there is here with paypal? http://www.ebay.com/itm/282128959911

Lol well I confirm this to be correct.

Phone just arrived and no VAT or anything else whatsover.

Italians who want to buy should anyway expect to pay something since I may just have been lucky.

Good morning ladies and gentleman.

Today i got my Intex Aqua Fish delivered via German Post to my work adress in BERLIN / GERMANY.

I had no problem with customs / VAT / CE etc. Just thrown in the postbox.

To all unlucky Germans, whose Intex was "eated" by the customs because of the missing CE mark - i can give my company adress in PM and be the middle man.

Another advice, which i got from my friends, which working in the logistics company (and dealing wit german customs a lot) was:

Don't tell in the customs office, that you want to use the Intex in the EU.
Just say, you purchased it as a present to your cousine in the non EU country (like Ukraine). Russia can be a problem because of the EU sanctions.

I also can give you an name and adress of a real person living in Ukraine (just to tell in the customs office, if they ask and want to prove that.)
Of course they don't send your phone to Ukraine, and will not force you to send it immediately :-), but they can say you need to pay 19% VAT and afterwards, when the device has (really) left EU, you can try to got your VAT back.

So if you need my help - just contact me.
