I just bought the UK and ireland version for 20 euros, which works out at about 16 quid.
when I bought it I recieved a 25% discount against my next purchase, so bought a years traffic updates for 7.5 euros (less than a fiver).
The app is very nice as well. there are only a couple of things I don't like, and they are nitpicks really. The voice tells me to "go straight over the roundabout" every time, then tells me the exit.
MM10 lets you pick and navigate to a contacts address, but picking an address in contacts launches Ovi Maps. That is a Maemo issue, that Maps is not replaceable to that extent, and is not an MM10 issue.
