hello,
when I am connected to my wifi router and go to its settings to see who is connected, I see my N900 ID is there as
Nokia-N900-42-11
is there any way to change it into anything I want instead of Nokia-N900-42-11 ?

thanks

Just a stab in the dark. I googled how to change it for debian systems and it mentioned changing the name in /etc/hostname

Mine says Nokia-N900 only though, so not sure if its the right file. Remember to backup just incase.
