Hi there,

I recently installed some beta apps on my phone, and I am pretty sure it conflicted with some of my mods after I got an 'installation interrupted' error. From then on it wont restart and it has the 'device not working properly' screen on boot.

Then I tried flashing. So, I typed in the flasher code, (-f -F) and it copied the boot manager file (I think that is what it is) and then the phone disconnects itself and shuts down. From there - plugging it in just makes it boot to the dnwp screen and the computer does not recognise it until I restart the flashing process - in which the same thing happens again.

Does anyone know what is going on/how I can fix it?

Here are the logs:

Suitable USB interface (bootloader/phonet) not found, waiting...
USB device found at bus 38, device address 2.
Device serial number is N/A
Found device RM-696, hardware revision 1507
NOLO version 2.3.6
Version of 'sw-release': DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.248.2_PR_248
Sending ape-algo image (7103 kB)...
100% (7103 of 7103 kB, avg. 20122 kB/s)
Suitable USB interface (phonet) not found, waiting...

Its the right image, all the right things, followed the process exactly as the thread states.
Please dont post if its useless.

Phone must be off and disconnected when you start flashing, plug it in when flasher is waiting device.

Its the exact firmware, and I cd'd into the folder containing the .bin (I am on a mac [also tried flashing on a PC, and yes I moved it to the flasher folder.])

so you used code: flasher -f -F firmwarefile.bin -f
how about flasher -F firmwarefile.bin -f

That code erases also user data, so it's fresh like just bought from store..

How's your battery status?
What if you add "-O wait-charging" option to flasher (in addition to the flashing options of course?
