What problems are you experiencing?
The in-built twitter app is set-up through the N9's accounts. You can try deleting the account (Settings > find Accounts app > select Twitter > menu and 'Delete'. Then set-up again.
There are no options to change trending topic as far as I can see in the in-built. How about changing your selection in your twitter account at twitter.com and see if it changes the N9 client?
Twimgo app offers tending, but again I cannot see an option to change the location of trends.

First I would like to know how to log out from the native twitter application?
And I would also like to know if it is possible to change the trending topics to the Netherlands?
