I am looking for an app which shows list of available BT devices and should be able to select the device i wanted to connect.

Reason for request is my car doesn't recognize the blue tooth when its on move.

I had to follow the usual process to connect. While connecting manually, i often tend to lose concentration on driving. So i decided to check if we have any app or pointers that can direct me to develop code.
