There's a special set of drivers for Wacom on Linux. My Wacom Graphire4 is plug and play on Ubuntu without any configuration required. I doubt those drivers are already part of the N810's version of Linux. It's likely doable but some system level work would be required to port the driver to the N810. The Wacom can be used for cursor navigation on any app but to draw you'll also need an application specifically written to support the Wacom. GIMP for example.

If the drivers are ported to the ARM architecture,
they might run under Easy-Debian.
