Yesterday I decided to disable ramzswap module, I just renamed file /lib/modules/.../ramzwap.ko. Phone became so fast...
Why is it enabled by default?

Why? cat /proc/swaps - I saw ramzwap before disabling.
I didn't enabled it explicitly.
I have installed compcache-tools, nothing more I did.

Then go find who had enabled it and where ramzswap is insmoded, as definitely it is NOT kernel-power (or any other of *-power-* packages) enabling ramzswap by default.

BTW renaming module is *not* good way of disabling it

I know, I just couldn't do it other way.
Maybe because something insmods it explicitly.

ramzswap is initialized just in the middle of startup process:

I didn't find out, what thing causes insmod. I searched for words 'ramz', 'swap', 'rzs' in /etc.

@ForeverYoung:

Try to:
cd /etc
grep -ir ramzswap *
