It doesnt appear to, what it does is when you send a message it will then pop up a bar across the top of the screen to say the message has been delivered
If then you go into the messages and open the message you sent it will tell you when it was delivered
If then you go into the messages and open the message you sent it will tell you when it was delivered

click the sent message and you'll see the time you sent the message and when it was delivered, if it's not yet delivered, you will only see when you sent it.

You pretty much get a pop up saying Delivered. That's it.

No problem it took me a few double takes to see what was happening once del reports were enabled 
I've done this and sent several messages since, but I can't seem to find where these delivery reports are, or should be.
Am I being stupid here?
