taixzo, I like jaylst's idea of starting another campaign for repairing your N900 and/or getting an N9. If you're willing to develop for Harmattan as well, consider me a donor

Besides some minor changes it includes the (right) patched pocketsphinx - file and a function to initiate a phone call by
dictating a name.
Is voicy being developed further? Is it published as a package?.. Just curious.

Thank you. Best wishes.

Neither nor

Voicy has all the functionalities I wanted it to have for my personal use.

But in case of a concrete demand for new useful features I would definitely think about implementing them.

Progress update: I have successfully got the Saera backend up and running on the Jolla with my new library. This means I can type things into the box and get generic replies back.

Next steps:
  • Get code on Github - the project structure has been completely reorganized which is why it's not up yet
  • Fix variables in intents (they are being calculated for recognition but not being reported back yet)
  • Get voice recognition (i.e. pocketsphinx) up and running
  • Finish porting old Saera actions to the new system
  • And, of course, find out how to talk to the jolla phone (is there documenation anywhere on how the Jolla alarm system works?)

Good work

I am not sure if this will help but this apps seems to interact with the alarm. sailfishos-patch-maths-in-alarm github
