I bought a Palm 3245WW keyboard and it works fine, except for the fact that I cannot insert characters such as ã, ç, é, etc. because deadkeys do not work with it. Just being able to use deadkeys is enough to me, but if anyone can help me on building a keymap to use with this keyboard, it would be even better.

Are you using OS 2007 or OS 2008?
On my N800 I see a "Portuguese (Brasil)" keyboard layout in "Control panel > Bluetooth keyboard", have you tried that one? If that doesn't help maybe go trough this post and see if that helps.
