Yes it does. It wouldn't look better with "real" buttons, at least.

FWIW, my relatively modern AV receiver has flat buttons like that and they look as good as any other button. The label will last longer than rectangle buttons. Buttons are buttons.

From UX perspective in our Web infested lives, something that looks like a link is not usually used as a button, but instead for navigation.

Sailfish 2.0 and anything else.

Edit:

Well I guess the button is ok but the button and the text above together looks weird for me especially if there is more than one in one page and they have different sizes.

Another review of the tablet is out, this time in Die Welt:

http://www.welt.de/wirtschaft/webwel...ge-sicher.html

Long story short: these guys don't like the lack of Wifi ac, the reflectiveness of the screen, the crappy cameras, or the price. On the other hand, they had no problem with Android apps, note that the tablet barely gets warm even when running demanding apps, and talk favorably about the OS and about Jolla's emphasis on privacy...

Hi. Been on vacation, travel and such and haven't kept up with things of late. Would someone please give the current status on when the Jolla tablet will be shipped out to those that supported the indiegogo campaign.
A link would be fine. Really looking forward to having the tablet to play with! Thanks!

Ah, a variety of logistical issues and other snags have been impeding progress, but shipping should begin literally any day now. Their latest target to begin shipping was "Early September", and they haven't backed off from that target yet. They've also mentioned that they plan to finish shipping to all the early contributors before the end of October.

For more in-depth detail, here's Jolla's FAQ page for early campaign contributors:

Thanks...but it's the same, rather lame review, published already by Bild. Typical these-days-journalists-copy-paste-behaviour. I have nothing against the negative points mentioned, as those have to be mentioned for every product - but it's just crazy that alternative (and IMO often more interesting) software gets reviewed by some amateurs, while so many words are wasted on each Android/iOS non-feature reviews. But maybe I'm not the typical mainstream-news reader.
