They're the official ones from Nokia, so they certainly should be safe - just double check the md5sum after download to make sure.

Anyway, you should remember if you edited the repositories, right? If you didn't touch anything, the default ones were there, and you got the update from there.

And, it's improbable that anyone has set a fake repo containing a fake update. That kind of problem would be known around here, as well.

No need to be so paranoid
