Afaik flasher is asking status of how the update went, and unknown error happens if modem hardware is broken, if you try to downgrade firmware or to change it to different region.

there is no way to know, you can roll the dice and decide yourself. Unknown error is unknown. My bet is that hardware is broken.

Thanks fro the rare clear answer. I've heard that its not possible to desolder/repair the cmt only without changing the complete board. Is that True ? or Nokia Care Lied to me ?

Something is triggering to check that disable. I hope we could know how and why it is happening.
