you can only copy layouts via terminal. you have to change layout in phones menu then. it'll appear there.

Hey,
just got reminded again by MentalistTraceur to update this thread also.
I modified qwazix's and quipper8's keyboards to German layout (qwertz) and German correction support. [not really a big task
but nevertheless took me some tries to get them working correctly 
]
Please find them attached (remove txt suffix).
Also attached is my complete layout folder (just remove txt and untar).
layouts.tar.gz.txt

rusnak added the file with an exchanged extension (the part after the dot). Just download, use any file explorer (or shell) and change the full file name from xxx.DEB to xxx.XML. Then follow the other instructions where to put that file in the file system of N9 (/home/user/.config/meego-keyboard/layouts/).
