i've been on a veritable odyssey but now i am back

first of all sfdroid v0.9 is pretty stable in the sense that it doesn't seem to have much impact on sfos (battery drain etc).

things that do not work for me:
  • i can't root CM, for instance have root access from a filemanager
  • headphones do not work
  • i am okay to miss wifi/mobile network from settings (good approach to avoid those interferences) but what about bluetooth, can we play with it?
  • video recording crashes on N5, should be related to sfos bug
  • cannot access settings / apps / specific app to modify rights etc. for specific app

Great progress guys.

Hi there... just a question. How can I access sfdroid files from sailfish? I need to copy files among OSs.
I could find dirs relating standalone Android (First boot os) but not to the one underlying SF (sfdroid).
Any help?
Thanks.

if he using multirom, he will find in /android/media/0/ the sdcard storage but not the storage of Android in sfdroid.

Yes, I'm using multirom. And in /android/media/0/ is the main Android, not the one under SFOS.
I've been looking for but no luck...couldn't find it.

You need root to access /storage/sdcard0/ for sfdroid files from sfos.

This is fantastic! Now using Sailfish Nexus 5 as my daily driver with android apps. Liking this more than alien dalvik. Btw latest Multirom recovery for nexus 5 apparently has a bug conserning sailfish roms only where you cant access the "flash zip" button, in just says something like "cant find module". But flashed older Mrom recovery build and got around it.

Well, I finally found access to sfdroid files: /data/media/0/
That's it!
