I don't have homescreen settings app. Is there a way to apply the background screen thru N9QT? I tried applying, but it didnt work out.

- fixed red squares
- fixed toolbar position
- fixed Quicklaunchbar
- added statusarea layer effect
- added Qneptunea/Tweetian notification icons (need testing)
- some little UI fixes
