while i havent tried doing this; what i can think of at this moment is using Profilematic.
You can create a rule which would incorporate the vibration, ringing tone etc and then switch it on when you want to change the profile...

what the op wants is a way to add more profiles, like ProfilesX for maemo5.

Yes, but the statusbar plugin (and therefore changing the
profile with the volume rocker) does not support additional profiles.
And the stupid decision to not allow 3hrd party statusbar plugins
makes it impossible to make a replacement. (except with open mode
and unrestricted systemui)

I tried looking for a real profile app or mod for N9.
I mean real custom profiles like we had on symbian phones
So is there a mod or an app for this?
