It's not fake. OVI store is most likely rolling the update out regionally to minimize server loads. Check again tomorrow.

It's not fake. It must depend on where you are. I got the update this morning in Finland.
I haven't tried to get the new levels yet as I still have a couple of stages to get 3 stars on first.
I actually thought that the link to the plush toys was there already with the last update, but anyhoo -> might buy one for my boy :-D

This is not fake guys, it shows up in AppMan also, i donwloaded it and it installs, however looks like Rovio is not ready to sell you the updated pack

EDIT: As expected Level Pack 4 can be now installed and a lot of GUI changes
