i too will be very interest in getting a new keyboard installed. I will be forced (long story) to get a German unit and im American. Hopefully it wont be too much issue and money.

If you look once more on the Nordic keyboard from the first post, you'll notice that the up/down arrows are shaded blue on the left/right keys, meaning that they'll require a function key just as on the Italian version.

I wonder... If this thread is any indication, I think maybe the whole keyboard localization process has pretty much failed. Everybody seems to want the english version rather than to lose two directional keys.

I for one will not say that the space key was a bad idea, until I have tried it. My PC space bar is worn down in that exact place. And it frees up a lot of space for more buttons.

But compared to the N810 they Have Removed Too Many Keys.

Nordic key swapping sounds like fun baby.
