Ok if you've changed all the icons that need changing, the only other thing you can try is to clear the theme image cache. To do that change themes, wait for the other theme to set properly then change back to your theme and reboot.

So i used your Clear image and made 4 more duplicates and renamed them accordingly.
Attached with is the Image that i renamed and placed them in /usr/share/theme/YourThemeName/image
WIll post my desktop shortly.

here are my current ones, using the r-style green theme, with some of my custom icons, i didn't finish the icons, this is only the start, my time is very limited, but so far i'm using a couple of meego icons with the black platis icons, a mix.....
i hope you like them, please share your opinions .

out of necessity, i thought it important to create a new caller id icon/avatar for those that are .... of a different strain.
