a nokia N950 was wrong flashed and can not enter normal screen, only shows Nokia logo and restart repeatedly.
it might be flashed in wrong procedures and damaged.
so I need to reflash the phone.
can anybody tell me how to flash it from the beginning?
the tools and resources what I have is
Win_OCF_02-6_RM680-RM680-OEM1
what includes
-------------------------------------------
emmc.bin 172,720kb
flasher.bat 2kb
flasher.exe 335kb
img.bin 806,120kb
msi_package_version 101kb
nokia_connectivity_cable_driver 7,748kb
terms 2kb
------------------------------------------
nokia pc suite 66,371kb

now the problem is when I connect the phone,
windows right bottom shows unknown device
even I've installed Nokia PC suite
and flasher always show
suitable USB interface <bootloader/phonet>not found,waiting...

what can I do now,
1.what drivers needed else?
2.what driver is necessary? PC suite or nokia_connectivity_cable_driver or something else?
3.if drivers are enough,if win10 is the problem, need to under xp or win7?
4.anything wrong related to the wrongly flashed N950?
5.what is the right flash procedure?
what can I do now,
now it only repeat show Nokia logo and restart every 10 seconds.

Is this the same N950 as in your original posting or a different one to avoid repeating myself?

Sounds as if in "boot-loop" so you might need to set in R & D mode and re-flash firmware similar to procedure upon N9:

Personally I would always use Windows 7 in place of Windows 10 for mobiles of this era, simply to avoid "driver signature enforcement" issues.

Are you sure that device has powered down properly before connecting to flasher, by keeping power switch depressed for at least 8 seconds?

acturally it's my fault, I doubt I flashed the phone dead, because it was working before but do not work very well, so I flashed it, but the flash only take about 30 seconds, it's not normal because there are 2 bin files and the total file size is over 1g and should not done in 30 seconds, after the wrong flash, the phone can only show nokia logo and restart repeated.

Even without having that phone the previous posts here have good answers. I have had the same thing with flashing N900.

So first:

1. Don't panic.

2. Use windows 7

3. Google for N900/Nokia suite drivers for win7 (I remember there are some)

3. Make sure the device is really shutted down.

4. Follow the instruction given in the above links.

After that hopefully all is well.
