I recently acquired my first N9 (also own an N900), coming from a year with a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. One of my most beloved Android apps is called Taptu...it is a news stream aggregator, that can also link to your facebook and twitter accounts. Literally anything you can think of can be a stream. Is there anything like this for MeeGo?

Have you tried using the notification homescreen for this purpose? It will pull in your Facebook and Twitter accounts, plus you can pull in any news service or website that has an RSS feed with either the stock RSS app or an app called RSS To Events. Of course the AP app also will populate your notification feed if you enable it in Settings, and you can get news that way, too.

All of these possibilities in Settings --> Notifications--> Feed on homescreen

@Hacker No, I haven't, I'm just starting to learn my way around the N9 and its capabilities. I haven't even opened the terminal yet. Thanks for your suggestions!
