Zune was panned by iPod fans. I didn't care.
Went all the trouble to get it from USA and get it from customs. Imo the size of Zune HD was just right, that screen looked amazing even if the reso was low and the speed of the UI was smoothest i had tried back then. Aluminium build where it looked like new after year of use... compared to my scratch covered 1G ipod touch.
Zune software was 10x better than the painful iTunes that i still need to use because of ipad 2.
Zune HD is actually the main reason why i'am not that critical about WP, what i'am is the fact that MeeGo got thrown out in the process.

Just a sidenote, possibly related to the thread: Nokia Finland on their facebook page promoted the 'first touch' -campaign starting on 15.9.2011. Some commenter called up Nokia Care and they said that the device in question would be in store after the campaign, which is 28 days long. Thus making the N9 release date in Finland the 13.10.2011.
Anyways regarding the situation in Finland:
-The "Ensikosketus" campaign is a pre-order campaign to get people hyped about N9 and pre-order it
-When the campaign starts, there will be several devices in the store (the flagship store) for customers to use and try out (to get hyped even more)
-And he also confirmed that N9 will come for sale after the campaign. HOWEVER he did say that the days aren't *exact* so the campaign may start earlier or later and may last longer or shorter than that 28 days.
SIDENOTE:
-N9's will be sent in *two waves* across the world and they'll be sold in Finland in the *second wave*
And if you'd like so, I can take vid next week when they get the N9 in store.. I'll be there on the same day to test it and I can make a video review kind of "from a dedicated fan perspective"

Seems like Nokia are working themselfs on landscape for appscreen (and video overview) + i saw a new button in browser (right side), so hopefully real bookmarks possible + search in page
