is there a screen capture program for nokia 770?

might be helpful for doing documentation.

Does anyone know if there is an easy screen capture method which will also capture a frame of a playing video file at the time the screen is captured? (Tried with above programme which is excellent but as suspected cannot capture a clear frame of the video in player. Its garbled)

stupid question on my part.. can you not hit "pause" on the playing video before taking the screen shot?

No the video is then a complete black screen, where as if its playing you at least see noise in a portion of the video frame.

Thsts probably because the video is compressed and therefore all frames are noisy.
But when you play the movie you don't the the noise that much.
The compression routine is just made the way, that you don't see the noise when played.

Because of that probably no screenshot progam can change the quality of the frame.
