Just did a reflash to alpha2 and did an OTA update to 2.0.2.48.

Got this error:

Code:
Error: File '/repodata/repomd.xml' not found on medium 'https://store-repository.jolla.com/releases/2.0.2.48/jolla-hw/adaptation-fairphone-fp2-sibon/armv7hl/?credentials=store'
Asked on IRC and the solution was to re-run the sed command in the instructions on the mer wiki.

Everything seems to be working really well now

Some good news from mal-
This is posible to flash the TWRP Recovery from FairphoneOpen with fastboot. This will not touch the Sailfish Installation and you will be able to backup/restore the whole System IMage with TWRP.

Just download the neweste FairphoneOpen 16.06, extract it.
Boot FP2 to the Fastboot Mode (Vol- + PowerOn)

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
This is also possible to change the Adroid Base System with

Code:
fastboot flash system system.img
In both cases, the Sailfish will be untouched.

To boot into Recovery:
Vol+ + PowerOn

Where did you get TWRP from? Is there a known good version? I've seen some random binaries floating around, but haven't tried them because I don't like flashing stuff without any verification...

You can extract the original FairphoneOpen OS and flash the recovery.img
recovery.img = TWRP

Just grab this file and extract it:
http://storage.googleapis.com/fairph...-userdebug.zip

Afterwards, put your FP2 to the Fastboot-Mode (Vol- + PowerOn)

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
This is the TWRP, which Fairphone modified for the FP2. Working like a charm. Backup / restore worked (i tested it)

Stupid me just decided to buy an Fairphone, so hope it comes this week.

I am almost sure I will be upset on Android but I can not change to sailfish if no Dalvik engine working

Why I am stupid? Because now I will have two phones and will still use Jolla as main phone atleast until mymoney is ported to android.

TWRP I dont have a clue what it is and the FAQ doesn't tell. So maybe stupid question, but does it mean dual boot?

Fairphone use TWRP only for the OpenSource Android FairphoneOpen
(Android without google Services)

The standard FairphoneOS (GMS based) have still the crappy / ugly standard Android Recovery, which can only install signed OS images. nothing more.

So TWRP is a way better for us.
When you have installed TWRP in the recovery, you can:

Backup full OS
Android (GMS based)
Android AOSP (Fairphone Open)
Sailfish

After you have backed up - you can install other OS, like Android straight from the recovery.
Afterwards, wipe and restore the Backup again.

Of course, this is no real DualBoot, because restoring the Backup take some time, looking forward to have a real DualBoot Solution, where i can switch between Android and Sailfish.
