But,' I've tried to force refresh again and again, it could refresh only once in hundreds of tries.
I guess there is a real problem wih the database file

Successfully installed omweather-weather-com-stations-db_1.0.6_armel on Diablo.
Rebooted.
Still received a did not download weather message when refreshing.
