I have these id3 tagged mp3s that show up as unknown artist in the default media player. Yet all the other media applications like youamp, mediabox, and even Canola which is finnicky about id3 tags (resulting in me having to strip out data like band and composer) all detect artist properly.

What's wrong? I've ran metalayer-crawler and it didn't help. Oh also, why does the database sometimes dissapear for the media player?
