The iPhone folks have some wrapper for compiling OpenGL stuff for OpenGLES. I was able to compile Neverball in Scratchbox for OpenGLES with this, but it's still a long way to go...

Maybe somebody finds this helpful:

It's under LGPL.

i installed turxtorxracer on the my n900 how do i play? the key q quits the game but i want to know how to play and start a new game

the touchscreen is not calibrated. you have to touch the screen for about 2 cm to the lower left of a button.

I wonder if we could use that wrapper to compile tuxracer standard rather than what appears to be a iphone version of the app.

PR 1.1 enabled OGL ES 1.1 support. Shpouldnt this open up more ports and easier GL development?

yes, and it runs at fullspeed. but the menu is screwed up. so i'm waiting before i make a video.

1 problem though when you play a normal level not the time only levels, when you touch a fish the game breaks down and goes to desktop.
i wonder why that is?
