Here's another suggestion for notetaking that might be worth trying. I use notecase (notecasepro.com) on my n900 and sync it with my computer, and it's available on android as well,

It's not open source but powerful and still updated for the n900 (!). I haven't tried it on android but it will be one of the first apps I'll download when I get my f(x)tec pro.

It seems I finally got mobile data fixed for real on SailfishOS (tested with Telenor HU). Please do
Code:
zypper ref
zypper update
to install updated packages and some missing SailfishOS parts.

Short unboxing video by F(x)tec themselves:

I noticed that the USB cable is not as funky as the green/purple (if I remember correctly) one pictured in the official certification file we saw some weeks ago, but that'll do.

I've taken to using these for charging my phones. You leave the C connector in the phone to save wearing the socket out by continuously plugging and unplugging the charger.

Note that Keep Notes is a Google product and requires Google Play services.

I've been looking on F-Droid for apps that don't use Google Play Services.
There's quite a few Notebook apps on there, like My Notes, Kolab Notes and Notepad.
Not sure if any of those would be useful.

Does Google services come on this phone? Just askin. If not is there a problem installing it?

Yes it does. But some of us prefer not having Google Services installed, for example by using Lineage os or some other custom (android) rom. So the problem is the user, not the device

I can confirm, that mobile data is working now (T-mobile Germany).
Unfortunately camera isn't working anymore after the update. Flashlight is now there (was missing) but doesn't work.
