Has anyone read the specs of the PSP2, quad core ARM Cortex A9 with a probable quad core SGX Gpu, and all that available this holiday season

That are some nice specs, though I dont like the back touchpad..
Ah well, it could have the best CPU and GPU in the galaxy, the games will matter the most.(I personally think the PSP has very few good games thus my reason to have a DS.)

Also, will this quadcore cpu on the PSP2 decrease the batterylife 4X?

You are not even including the quad core GPU :P

Game lineup so far is awesome, Little Big Planet, Killzone, Uncharted, CoD, etc..

Android has got woeful security, piracy is rife.... since this is a games console (where the serious money is made from software sales) I'd be very surprised if the NGP (aka PSP2) is based on Android.

I think there is no need for Android's woeful security. Sony bundles each PSP2 with a free root key
