OptimaXX;

Have you tried deleting everything in /home/user/MyDocs/Whatsup ?

@Alephito:
Yup, I followed the wiki, full apt-get purge, erase base files (backed up databases) but it still doesn't ask me to reregister.

@Harianm
That is an amazingly useful thing, but the problem I've got is I've ALREADY got whatsup working, but I didn't realise it's the wrong phone number!
Do you know how I can force it to act like I've NEVER used it before?

This is amazingly annoying, even after everything it still remembers all of my customised settings?
HOW IS IT STILL DOING THIS?
WHERE THE HELL IS IT SAVING THINGS?!

Well, i don't know about Whatsup, but in Wazapp folders are in
/home/user/.wazapp
/home/user/MyDocs/Wazapp
/home/user/.cache/wazapp
try using find command and deleting those files (beware, maybe you loose conversations & media)

Okay to any internet followers that find this, Whatsup settings are stored here:

/home/user/.config/cepiperez/whatsup*conf

After wiping those, I was back to square 1, thanks for your support/help guys!

I don't exactly remember it now, it was a long time since he released 0.3.4b but I think that the version did not keep some of the settings when you closed the app.

I have been using 0.3.4b since release day and I cannot find any bug. It works really well.

As Whatsapp API doesn't support such things, no.
