but while playing mkv file (not even HD), lots of stutters are there...Is it somehow related to dsp rate...if yes can u pls tell me at what rate it must be adjusted..thnks

and HD h264 codec is not supported..?

Did you uninstall gstreamer0.10-openmax package?

So, what do you mean by saying h264 HD codec is not supported? If you mean that you can't play 1080p, then yes, it is not supported. But 720p is, although n900 is not powerful enough to play high profile CABAC videos. And you have to overclock DSP to at least 580 MHz 720p videos to be playable. Which video you are unable to play(post a link please)?

its saved on my phone's memory it is 720p video downloaded from youtube and as shown by vlc player its codec is h264 (AVC1) res... 1280*720 ..

and even ur 1280*720p test video is not played..
actually when i played ur test video via media player, it said format unsupported but the same video is played flawlessly by kmplayer (with player set to gstreamer/mplayer option)

What about bridgedriver.ko and KP49.
I took the module for KP48 and put it under KP49, not sure how legal is this, but 720p content is playing fine now.

Still the same old md5sum mismatch here. No change, may that downloaded via wget in the script, or opera with the link from the script or Nokia's Dev page...

Which means everything is OK, there are glitches in media player and it refuses to play perfectly playable content. And the video is recorded with n900 camera.
