Anyone know if there is a Rapidshare manager app out yet?

just i don't like downloading 1 file and having to wait to download the next one.

i do it this way:
1) install easy debian
2) install jre inside easi debian
3) install jdownloader from the official web page, its a rapidshare manager writen in java
4) enjoy!

I don't think you even need easy debian. considering icedtea recently made it into the extras repo.

not sure if that's the mobile java or desktop one though.

do you know the direct link for "Jdownloader"? i am unsure what is the right one to download

you could try the linux installer script on the jdownloader site (direct link) let me know if that works for you.


From the script:

#JD Installer/Starter Version 0.2
#by Jiaz(JD-Team), jiaz at jdownloader.org
#You need at least:
#1.) bash (its a bash script )
#2.) wget
#3.) Java Version >= 1.5 (OpenJDK works also in latest Version)

#How to use this?
#1.) chmod +x jd.sh
#2.) Place it anywhere you want
#3.) Running jd.sh for the first time will install and setup JD into JDDIR folder
#4.) Running jd.sh after the first time will start JDownloader directly

If you are comfortable with the command-line and wget is available for maemo you can use wget+text file to do multiple downloads.

Is wget available as a package?

hey i downloaded all of the needed stuff but when i run the jd.sh script i get a lot of exceptions and the error "Could not initialize NSS".
don't know what to do from here so if anyone has an idea please help
