After 6 months with the n900 im getting really bored. Give me something to do with this thing! Overclocking and such doesnt interest me. Angry birds is all the new fun I have right now. + the update for mypaint seem to have slowed my phone down severely. I havent used more than 1 gig of the install memory but my phone set itself to default by no reason (after reboot). Getting very pissed with this thiing, there is no stability. What should I do?

Send me a PM asking for my home address, then ship your N900 to me?
(Should you try out qwerty12's tip first, try to aim *away* from your phone though...)

My advice, download the SDK's and start writing programs for your N900. Initially it's a pretty steep learning curve if you've never done that type of thing before, but you never know, it might just spark your interest...

The N900 is not a substitute for having a life, though it works well for some of us that way. I ran into some oldish picutres of the Moon yesterday, taken thru the N900 and a telescope. They were amazing, and it was just point and shoot. Right now is not a bad time to start a photo hobby.

I had to reflash mine today -- that's always good for a diversion.

I actually think that all the energy that goes into getting and keeping a good phone is sick -- it shouldn't be that important. I don't know how many people go into Joe's Diner and try to take over the world using their phone, but I don't. I guess it's as close as people can get to carrying a magic wand with them.

You can actually do a lot more with a thin piece of plastic from your bank than you could EVER do with a phone.

I forgot the name or acronym for it (rfid? not sure), but "soon" we'll be able to pay via some chip in our phones, can you make calls or send texts with your credit card?

Retire, relax, enjoy your family. It is just a phone. Not worth it.

Define 'unfinished'. And which applications? Most programs have source code available so feel free to jump in at any time if you think something isn't done yet.
