In other words, if you use that method for 1.3, don't flash it. I fixed the issue myself, and have a device with no issues what so ever, but not many will have the same ability

So you can still flash it with official PR1.2 firmware for N950 if your PR1.3 hack goes wrong?

if there is no safe option to do it, i would say, stay on PR1.2
but... MFaroTusino, can you make an image of your phone maybe, to be flashable for us, others?
