just if you have KP v.50 !!!
please follow this instructions:
  • remove all old files (go to MyDocs and delete ThePurge folder and/or delete all purge.sh script)
  • download the attached zip (ThePurge v0.5 for KP50.zip)
  • unzip the "ThePurge" folder in MyDocs (you must have this path: /home/user/MyDocs/ThePurge)
  • in xterm (or FAP) >install< or >remove and reinstall< all dependencies (aircrack-ng, mdk3, zenity, macchanger)
  • install the right injection driver; http://david.gnedt.eu/wl1251/wl1251-...-source.tar.gz (484MB)
  • reboot
  • open xterm and type "sudo gainroot" , then type "sh /MyDocs/ThePurge/purge0.5.sh" (note: whitout " ")

i downloaded the 484mb file. couldnot untar it in MyDocs so i copied it to home/user directory and untared it. after that i got a folder naming: wl1251-maemo. inside that folder there are 3tar file
1)compat-wireless-2.6.tar.bz2
2)compat.tar.bz2
3)wireless-testing.tar.bz2

and 1 sh file : build-wl.sh

i cannot untar the 3file. i get error::

If i have the Purge working should i reinstall the dependencies ?

Your script is excellent keep up the good work

if all the attacks work, you don't need to reinstall the dependencies (the problem is just with mdk3 .. as you said )

mine is always saying /home/user/MyDocs/ThePurge/purgetmp/aptemp - file not found when trying to load the scanned list.


Also when doing a beacon flood the SSID is always "-g".

using 0.5 on kp50

I have not explained very well how and what to copy to run this script.

I updated the instructions, see the first page.

mine is located in home/user/MyDocs/ThePurge

after scanning for ap list and trying to load the list i get /home/user/MyDocs/ThePurge/ApList cannot be found...

A dialog box appears and asking you if you want to save the data ...have zenity installed?? You saved some AP??

my bad, was missing zenity....


got it working.. noticed a bug, beacon flood fails when SSID has a space in it.
