All these problems because of I'm using Phonon to play music. I'm now investigating how to switch to MAFW for solve all issues with stuttering, muting, unstable sound etc.
Just wait, please

Please keep in mind that using MAFW will not solve those issues (muting when a message comes in), as I've hit them in my media player rewrite.

There's something else the stock player's doing, even the home screen widgets show this problem (if the stock player isn't used at all to start a song).

Thank you for this wonderful player.

But is it normal that I experience around 60 and 70% cpu usage for someplayer and around 15% for pulseaudio when playing a song?

If you use the equalizer - probably.

If you are using equalizer - it is normally. For less cpu usage just turn off equalizer (~30% cpu)
