Interested... Are you willing to budge on the Payment as a gift via Payal?

That is a lot of money to send without any means of getting your money back if the transaction turns sour.

Of course - the reason I look for it as a gift is so that I don't have to pay the fees

You can pay normally by Paypal so long as you pay the fees
