I tested first and it's a bug indeed.

Filed it here: http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-10782

Mh, I seem to have some trouble here.

I tried the trick in order to install Google Buzz and Latitude updater, which required Qt 4.6

I installed successfully but now i have a lot of broken dependencies of Qt 4.5, and I don't seem to be able to downgrade libqt4-core to 4.5 since it says that it's at the latest version. What can I do?

To downgrade, use the following command from a root terminal:
Code:
apt-get install libqt4-core=4.5*

libQtLocation.so is part of QtMobility.

it's included in
- WRONG libqt4-maemo5-maemo5 (which you obviously have) - WRONG

The PR 1.2 version is libqtm-location

Install Qt 4.6 on your device like Venemo described on the first post of this thread. Try to install libqtm-location the same way on your device. (Not sure if this works!!)

When this worked, you can use the Nokia Qt SDK and run your application on the device.

ok now 4.6.2 are installed! but when i try to install libqtm-location it gives me an error about unmet dependencies!

"libqtm-location depends: libqt4core (>= 4.6.2 git 20100401 but 4.6.2 git 20100310 is to be installed"

so what?
i think qt mobility isn't yet available for not pr1.2 phones
