Some kind of description of what exactly the problem is would be a start.

Store doesn't load? Store shows an error message? No crosses on homescreen when you hold down? App manager empty? Phone goes black and makes growling noise when app manager loaded? You're actually using a cardboard cut-out rather than a real N9? Phone submerged in water and doesn't turn on at all? Hands fallen off? Plague of locusts?

Today I got something similar. All the applications disappeared from App. manager. If I hold on the homescreen, de red cross appears on the icon, but after touching the cross it says that "It can't be removed".
When installing a .deb file I got the "Unable to install" error.
I tried restoring settings, restoring backups, but nothing... WTH?

Without EXPLICIT, GOOD, CLEAR steps to reproduce instead of "doesn't work" or "when installing" (aha, how?) it will be highly unlikely to provide useful help, sorry....

Have either of you manually edited your package manager sources list?
Which repositories are updated when you run "apt-get update" from a root (run "devel-su", password "rootme") terminal?
