Found a bunch of it in Testing
I updated this OSX -theme. Did some minor color corrections. Version 2.0.0.1 should be in extras-testing soon.

Thanks a lot for all ur themes. They r just amazing and a new look to n900. can u pls make a theme based on the ovi store colours pls.

You should try IivilSteel Light and see if that's white enough for you.
I'm currently working on with OVI-theme which is hopefully going to be pretty white all around.

I released a new theme today which is also based on IivilSteel Theme.
This is a OSX stylish theme for your N900.
Theme is available at extras-testing now.
Please test and then vote here:
