Is it possible? I've made some bookmarks using stock browser and put them in bookmarks folder. Now I want this folder to go under 'network' folder.

Not possible (afaik). No nested folder structures with stock Harmattan UI.

Absolutely! But for other reasons. To be fair, stock Fremantle did not have folders either, let alone nested. It took a third-party application (Catorise) to add them. And those are not nested either.
