Thanks for the email update!

...We have been work with the supplier and factory to make it as quick as we can. From our latest conversation with them earlier this week, the PCBA factory aims to deliver the plain boards around 25th November. And SoC about the same time. The board will be populated before 30th and we aim to show the prototype on early December. Then we will work with the OS and aim to ship the device on first half of December. So you can have the product before Christmas ...

I am also thinking about ordering another one as a christmas present. October update at indiegogo says that the tablet should be delivered by christmas.

Any confirmation on this? From Chen or Michael?

Im not the loop but from where I stand it’s highly unlikely. If you need something @ a specific date buy something more safe?

They also probobly go first order first served so unless they come up with a Christmas gift priority perk I think it’s better to give it away next year.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Dave999. Unless it says "shipping NOW", I would not hold my breath for delivery before Christmas.

did it say which Xmas? Given the history and what's been said, I wouldn't bet getting it 2017... .

But no offence here chen, just keep working hard bringing it to us!
