My wifi has failed and my only hint is the messsage from the dmesg log when I try to connect or scan for access points (list comes up empty).
[ 120.789703] wl12xx spi4.0: firmware: requesting wl1251-fw.bin
[ 122.547485] wl1251: 151 tx blocks at 0x3b788, 35 rx blocks at 0x3a780
[ 122.547637] wl1251: firmware booted (Rev 4.0.4.3.6)
[ 122.548431] wl1251: WARNING RX: FW and host out of sync: -1
[ 122.548522] wl1251: WARNING curr ID:3, last ID inc:1
[ 122.565368] wl1251: WARNING curr ID:3, last ID inc:0
[ 122.588806] wl1251: ERROR TEST command answer error: 65535
does any wise wizard here know if I can test/sync/flash/poke the wifi module somehow?
I would hate to have to ship my unit from Iceland to the USA for service if I can fix this via firmware.
